Where do I find the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you do not have an account and cannot find the status you can email us :
My order was damaged in delivery
We pack every shipment carefully and take care to use shipping couriers with good reputations however, stuff happens. Please inspect all shipments before signing for them, looking for signs of damage to the outer box such as dented corners or crushed walls.
If a package arrived with damage or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping package and contact the shipping company’s office for a Damage Inspection Report. The shipping company will issue a Damage Call Tag or Claim. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag or Claim number and we'll arrange for reorder or credit.
Please go through the above steps before returning merchandise or it will delay replacement of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
ou may cancel your order free of charge for any reason right up until the point it has been packed. Please call us to make sure that you order has not yet been packed.
If the products have already been shipped, you will have to pay all of the shipping and handling fees.
Special ordered merchandise and custom built items are non-cancelable and non refundable.
